HA!! so get this. a lady from noah's nursery at church forwarded his name to a local commercial photographer, because he is "just beautiful" (her words, not mine...ermmm, okay, mine too!). said photographer then contacted me to send her pictures of noah for consideration for an upcoming shoot for Belk Department Stores. noah was chosen along with another little girl, Sophie.
said photoshoot is tomorrow. call time for noah is 10am.
now, i never in a million trillion years would have sought this out for noah. and i'm almost sure this will be a one-time deal. i'm honestly kind of cracking up about the whole thing, but i'm really interested to see how the whole thing plays out tomorrow. i'll be sure to pop back in and let ya'll know how it works out! i'll try and sneak my little point&shoot camera in to document. :)
(a little insight into my psyche...i was really nervous when i was pregnant that noah was going to pop out and just be a really NOT CUTE baby. but, i was worried that people would tell me that he was cute anyway, just because, who tells someone their baby is ugly?! so, in reality i would never know if my baby was cute or ugly, but of course i would think he was cute, because what mother doesn't think their baby is adorable?!)
